Attending his first massage course at the Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Martial Arts, Northcote, Victoria in 1989. Simon Crittenden commenced professional practise as a Massage Therapist in 2006 and completed the Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Swinburne University of Technology in 2007.
Simon demonstrates effective Remedial Massage assessment and treatment of postural problems, injury and pain. He is a highly experienced Sports Massage Therapist with accomplished competitive athletes. He has the sensitivity for unparalleled meditative Relaxation Massage.
From early in his career he has been practising Fascial Release skills; Myofascial Release, Integrative Fascial Release and now advanced to Craniosacral Therapy.
Outcomes beyond expectation are achieved using Remedial Massage assessment and treatment, Northern Chinese techniques, Deep Muscle, Tendon and Ligament Therapy, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Integrative Fascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Chinese Cupping & Gua Sha together with Trigger Point Therapy, Positional Release, Deep Tissue and Facilitated Stretching (Static, PNF and MET’s).
