Restore, Hatha & Yin Yoga / Meditation
Candice has been practising mind/body medicine for the past 17 years. Candice has trained in Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga and various styles of meditation and movement medicine. She believes whole heartedly in the intrinsic link between the mind, body and Spirit and addresses all aspects of the self within her classes. The philosophy behind her classes is to create space within the body and mind through gentle, nourishing movements and shapes and to allow enough quiet space for each individual to hear whispers from their Spirit, to rest deeply and to unfold their own myth.
