Homeopathy is a holistic system of medicine that looks at the individual – as a whole, and not merely the symptoms of disease. It aims to strengthen a person’s internal resilience, acting as a catalyst, stimulating and directing the body’s own healing mechanisms to fight infection and susceptibility. Homeopathy may be of benefit at any stage of life and may be used in assisting with the management of a wide range of health conditions including, for example:

  • Acute complaints – coughs, colds, earache, food poisoning, hangover, travel sickness
  • Chronic complaints – skin conditions, hormone imbalances, mood swings, headaches, behavioural problems, digestive disturbances, arthritis
  • First aid situations – bites, stings, hives, injuries, trauma, emotional shock
  • Vague symptoms – where there are no identifiable causes of disease, but the person feels far from well.
