Nightmares

“Charlotte first started having nightmares at the age of about 5yrs old, she is now 7 and we are now finally getting results. Charlotte was waking up at 9:30 every night; she would be confused, still half asleep, extremely hot and sweaty, sometimes with her eyes open
But could still be dreaming and terrified of what she could see (this was very disturbing for me as a mother to watch).

This went on for about two years and really took its toll on our relationship with her. Although we love her dearly, Charlotte had become cranky and irritable because of a lack of good, healthy sleep. She also became slightly aggressive in the Way she would address me and have trouble eating, getting ready for school and performing normal, every day tasks such as getting dressed for school and doing her homework when asked by me.

Exhausted and desperate to help Charlotte overcome her terrible dreams, we started taking her to GPs for answers (this was over two year process). Unsatisfied with the lack of knowledge and dismissive view the doctors had on this problem I sought natural medicine for answers, and boy did we find them!!

Kay gave Charlotte an hour and a half consult and sent us away with some tiny little white pills. (Little did I know how powerful these are)?
The first night Charlotte took her remedies she still had a dream (not a nightmare!) and still woke at 9:30pm (huge break through already)
The second night Charlotte (still only having had one dose the night before) slept through for the first time in two years.
The third night we experienced the same. Over the next couple of weeks we watched Charlotte’s mood become increasingly better and her appetite had returned to normal. She is now a lot more affectionate towards me and her siblings and is a lot more self motivated (THANK GOD!!)

Charlotte has now been nightmare free for over two months and I have every confidence that she will not suffer the same problem again.

Of course we still have arguments about outfits; she is a normal 7 year old after all.”
