Clinical Pilates

About Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates is a program developed by physiotherapists to combine the core stability and flexibility benefits of Pilates exercises with the latest developments in spinal stability research.
Clinical Pilates targets the body’s core and focuses on improving muscle control and strength to reduce overloading of the spine, while at the same time toning the body.
Clinical Pilates sessions at Vitality are professionally supervised by specially trained physiotherapists and tailored to the client’s needs. The exercises are suitable for all levels of fitness including people suffering from chronic pain, to elite level athletes.
Clinical Pilates can help you become more proactive with your health. It is also an ideal exercise program during and after pregnancy. Take charge of your health today and begin working on your flexibility, core stability, posture and breathing, instead of waiting for an injury to occur.
