Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage addresses injury to the skeletal system and associated muscles, joints and ligaments.  Using a multidisciplinary understanding of biomechanics, kinematics, physiology, our practitioners are well-placed to assess and treat both musculoskeletal injuries and generalised stiffness which results from poor posture or repetitive motions.  Massage involves manipulation of soft tissue to reduce pain and dysfunction, and aims to restore structural balance in the muscle goups throughout the body.
