Dr Damian Kristof
Chiropractor / Naturopath
B.CHIROPRACTIC / ADV.DIP.NATUROPATHY
After studying to be an accountant, Damian quickly realised that this was not what he wanted to be doing for the
rest of his life. In 1995 he began his study in Naturopathy. At the end of 1998 he started in private practice and
established “mini-centres” in pharmacies around Melbourne and country Victoria before returning to Melbourne to study
Chiropractic, and worked one of the busiest centres in Melbourne. Between consulting in Auckland and Melbourne and
filming New Zealand TV3′s hit lifestyle TV show Downsize Me, Damian graduated with a Bachelor of Chiropractic
at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic.
Helping an array of people through food, diet, nutrition and now Chiropractic, he is highly motivated by other
people’s success. Damian speaks at seminars in Australia and New Zealand, has worked alongside elite athletes, members
of parliament, the elderly, the disabled, children and others — enhancing their life experience through restoration
of health. He is currently working with industry and government in New Zealand implementing chiropractic and nutrition-based
workplace intervention to enhance the health and wellness of over 3000 families in NZ.
Damian has been in practice for 10 years and looks forward to sharing the message of health with people. He believes
strongly that the power that made the body can heal the body, and that in order for the body to heal, it simply needs no
interference, and the right tools to be able to do so.
