Injuries happen. Whether you like to run, shoot hoops or swing a club, at some point you are going to experience pain that will limit your involvement in the activities you love doing. Physiotherapists are experts in assessing your body to see what damage you may have done, whether it be a torn ligament, strained muscle or damage to a disc. We can then perform manual techniques to help your recovery (such as massage, joint mobilisation or stretching) as well as prescribe exercises to speed up your return to full function.
Physiotherapists believe there is more to health than just the absence of pain. We believe in an active recovery, where we teach you the exercises your body needs to do to get better – to actually improve after your injury. This is not about quick fixes, but about a lasting return to sport or daily activities.

Others come to us for advice on appropriate exercises, and we can prescribe home programs, gym programs, as well as putting you through your paces ourselves in our fully equipped Pilates and Redcord studio.
